What Android and IOS Permissions required while using our mobile applications:

When SOLGAA app is installed on your phone, a list of permissions appears e.g. User Agreement. Since there is no option to customize those permissions, below is a description of the permissions that SOLGAA website portal requires and the data that SOLGAA shall access and use.

Android permissions:

Device & App history: We need your device permission to get information about your device, like OS (operating system) name, OS version, mobile network, hardware model, unique device identifier, preferred language, etc. Basis these inputs, we intend to optimize your booking and delivery of product and service you opt for on this website, use OS specific capabilities to drive great in-funnel experiences using components of device’s OS, etc.

Identity: This permission enables us to know about details of your account(s) on your mobile device. We use this info to autofill your email ID’s and provide a typing free in-funnel experience. It helps us map email ID’s to a particular user to give you the benefit of exclusive offers, wallet cashback, etc. It also allows facilitating your Facebook and Google+ login.

Location: This permission enables us to give you the benefit of location-specific deals and provide you with a personalized in-funnel experience. When you launch SOLGAA Application to book an item on SOLGAA, we auto-detect your location so that our nearest logistic team in the preferred location of the request is auto-filled.

SMS: If you allow us to access your SMS, we read your SMS to autofill or pre-populate ‘OTP’ while making a transaction and to validate your mobile number. This provides you with a seamless transaction experience while placing a request and you don’t need to move out of the app to read the SMS and then enter it in the app.

Contacts: If you allow us to access your contacts, it enables us to provide a lot of social features to you such as sharing your service reviews with your friends, inviting your friends to try our app, send across referral links to your friends, etc. We will also use this information to make recommendations for upcoming services. This information will be stored on our servers and synced from your phone.

Photo/ Media/ Files: The libraries in the app use these permissions to allow map data to be saved to your phone's external storage, like SD cards. By saving map data locally, your phone doesn't need to re-download the same map data every time you use the app.

Wi-Fi connection information: When you allow us the permission to detect your Wi-Fi connection, we optimize your experience such as more detailing on maps, better image loading to choose from, etc.

Device ID & Call information: This permission is used to detect your Android ID through which we can uniquely identify users. It also lets us know your contact details using which we pre-populate specific fields to ensure a seamless experience while availing our service.

Calendar: This permission enables us to put a service plan on your calendar.

IOS Permissions:

Notifications: If you are opt-in for notifications, it enables us to send across exclusive deals, promotional offers, new product related updates, etc. on your device. If you do not opt for this, updates for your order like booking confirmation, the refund (in the case of cancellation), etc. will be sent through SMS.

Contacts: If you are opt-in for contacts permission, it enables us to provide a lot of social features to you such as sharing your experience with SOLGAA Application with your friends, inviting your friends to try our app, send across referral links to your friends, etc. We will also use this information to make recommendations for other products and services or related products and services that your friends have purchased. This information will be stored on our servers and synced from your phone.

Location: This permission enables us to give you the benefit of location-specific deals and provide you with a personalized in-funnel experience. When you launch our app to place an order, we auto-detect your location so that your City is auto-filled. We require this permission to recommend our nearest Logistic team. Your options are personalized basis your locations. For international orders, this enables us to determine your time zone and provide information accordingly.

We at SOLGAA aim to provide a fair, equitable environment for all professional & service providers and related vendor(s) or its other affiliates. This policy seeks to support the achievement of this goal by providing a transparent and consistent process for resolving grievances/complaints/issues raised by the user/ customer/professional & service providers and related vendor(s) or its other affiliates.

Negotiated solutions will be the sole aim of the management of SOLGAA to address the key grievance/issues and complaints made by the users/customers. Complainants will not suffer any disadvantage, victimization or discrimination as a result of raising a grievance, with minimum stress and maximum protection for all concerned issues and complaints raised.

Every employee of SOLGAA is under an obligation to comply with this policy and to treat every user/customer that raises any issue or complaint regarding the service availed and other related difficulties arising out of SOLGAA website portal here with dignity and respect. Seeking redress of a trivial or vexatious issue through a grievance procedure will not be tolerated and hence shall be avoided by the user/customer/complainant.

What will grievance/complaint not be entertained?

We at SOLGAA only take the responsibility to resolve any dispute or complaint or grievance or discrepancy arising out of or related to the user/ customer/ professional & service providers and related vendor(s) or its other affiliate service(s) availed by you as users/customers from our website application. We also take further responsibility of registering complaints/grievances arising out of or related to the fulfilment of / service providers and related vendor(s) or its other affiliate service(s) offered through us. If any such complaints/grievances arise out of or relate to our professional service providers and related vendor(s) or its other affiliate service(s), the users/customers/complainants are advised to approach the customer care for immediate remedy. We only entertain disputes pertaining to or related to the service(s) availed by you as users/customers/ from our Mob App or website portal: SOLGAA.

Procedure to make a Complaint or Grievance registered:

All users/customers/ professional & service providers and related vendor(s) or its other affiliate service(s) complainants have to:

• Make a complaint to the grievance cell by writing us to solgaa.hq@gmail.com SUBJECT: GRIEVANCES FOR ………………. (with the services availed)

• The complaint/grievance will be registered within 48 hours from the time of intimating such complaint/grievance.

• Complaints must be fully described by the users/customers/complainants with the specification of the issue involved or grievance towards the service(s).

• Investigations and proceedings will be conducted on the issue or complaints made by the users/customers/complainants, with honesty, and without business. No undue delay in investigations and proceedings will be made from our side.

Time period for resolving dispute / complaint / grievance:

We at SOLGAA promise to resolve any dispute/complaint/grievance within a time span of a minimum 3 days and a maximum of 15 days from the date of registering a complaint.

We at SOLGAA promise to deliver with justice and harmony to our esteemed users/customers/complainants.

 

INFRINGEMENT POLICY:

We at SOLGAA ™ respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Mobile application and website portal users/customer/ professional & service providers and related vendor(s) or its other affiliates to do the same. We have adopted this Infringement Policy in accordance with the Indian Copyright Act of 1957, the Indian Trademark Act, 1999 and the Information Technologies Act, 2002. We at SOLGAA ™ will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that substantially complies with the requirements set forth here. We do not act as an arbiter or judge of disputes about intellectual property rights.

 

OUR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:

We and our respective licensors and suppliers own the information and materials made available through the Mobile application and website portal. Copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and laws may protect such information and materials. Except as expressly authorized in advance by us, you agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Mobile application and website portal, all or any part of them or any information or materials made available through the Mobile application and website portal.

 

Our trademarks and service marks include, without limitation, Common Sense, Media, Education and Kids Action, and any associated trademarks, service marks, and logos. All trademarks and service marks on the Mobile application and website portal not owned by us are the property of their respective owners. You may not use our trademarks and service marks in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Nothing contained on the should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademarks or service marks without the express prior written consent of the owner.

The SOLGAA ™  is a trademark owned and registered in the name of the proprietor and the Mobile application and website portal: SOLGAA is copyright owned by M/s SOLGAA, having its registered office at Delhi. It is disclosed to all the “USERS”/“CUSTOMERS”/”PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER”/ “RELATED VENDOR(s)”/ or ITS OTHER AFFILIATES” that the right to use the registered mark is only with IPFORSTARTUP and any infringement of this ownership will be governed by this Policy.

If any user/customer/third party (s) claim that the trademark or copyright of this Mobile application and website portal belongs to them they can follow the procedure mentioned below:

Please note that you may be liable for damages, including without limitation attorneys' fees and costs if you materially and with the intent to cause the willful gain to yourself and gainful loss to us, try to infringe the trademark and copyright of SOLGAA. If you are unsure whether your content or mark infringes the copyright or trademark of SOLGAA i.e. SOLGAA Mobile application and website portal respectively, we recommend that you contact an attorney for advice.

After reviewing your notice (s), we may determine that the content is not infringing and may reinstate the content on the mobile application and website portal.
